We began working on this project before the homeowners had even taken possession of their new home.
We started with determining the grading of the yard and the neighbouring properties to allow for a new pool to be installed. Then taking into account all of the elements that the homeowners had on their wish list, we had the design ready and were set for construction the day the house was officially theirs. Armourstone retaining walls solved any grading issues and the pool and a large paver patio with plenty of room to sun bath or entertain were installed. Pool cabana to house pool equipment was constructed and doubled as a bar area. Fencing, irrigation system and landscaping lighting was then installed to complete this project.
